Partial whole-bunch fermentation harvested in three individual pickings to attain various ripeness in the grapes. Spending 3 days on skins and matured for 10 months in old neutral 500l barrels.
Skraalhans is a gangly weed found in our vineyards, often growing taller than the Bush vines themselves. Our hands-off approach has allowed the vineyards to shine through, giving the wine a profound sense of place. This new, vibrant version of Pinotage is bright, fresh and elegant.
